In Britain, a study has been carried out on the road to transport and its effects on health. Researchers found that the risk of cancer and cardiovascular risk decreased to half when cycled. This study was done for two and a half million office passengers for five years. It shows that people dependent on cyclists are at risk of lethal disease. 2430 people participating in the research were killed, 3748 cancer cases and 1110 were diagnosed with cardiovascular disease. However, the number of office-going cyclists going on the office decreased the risk of cancer by 45 percent and the risk of heart disease decreased to 46 percent. These people operated 30 miles cycling a week. The more chances of those cyclists to increase, the chances of getting better. This report was published in the British Medical Journal. On the other hand, the risk of heart disease is less for those who go to work. In this case, it is necessary to walk at least 6 miles a week. University of Glasgow researcher Dr. Jason Gill said, there is a health risk relationship with the way to go. It is undeniable that the benefits of cycling work. "This study did not show the relation of reducing the risk of cancer to cycling, but cycling reduces the body fat and inflammation.
